THE PREMIUM SPORTS EXPERIENCE

The Jacobi Travels Premium Business Sports experience is carefully curated to challenge and inspire the sports enthusiasts among us during their business trip to Bali.

​

In addition to the same activities as the Premium Experience, the Premium Business Sports Experience offers sports activities such as surfing on the waves of Batu Bolong and playing padel with your business partners.

​

Your journey doesn't begin on the day of departure, but upon arrival in the Netherlands. Before you leave, you have two events where you can meet your colleagues and the organization of Aunt Jacobi. For example, we have been to a concert by a famous artist and had a Jacobi's exclusive club evening. What we do for your company is up to you!

​

After the two events, the next time you'll see your colleagues is on the plane to Bali! Upon arrival, we will be ready with drivers to take you to luxury villas in the bustling heart of Bali. Once you arrive, a delicious dinner awaits you. To recover from the long journey, we won't do much on the first day. Sleep in, discover some nice breakfast places, or enjoy the sun.

* The price includingflight ticket is on request. If this price is higher than what you see now, we will contact you first. If the price does not change, this is a definitive booking. Our advice is to book preferably before 1 February. 

 

Support

We will keep you up to date with all relevant information regarding your trip until your departure. During your Jacobi Travels Premium Experience, a tour guide, who is also a confidant, will be there 24/7are available for all your questions.

 

Visa

It is not necessary to arrange a visa in the Netherlands. Upon arrival you buy a Visa on Arrival (VOA). This is valid for 30 days. If you stay longer than 30 days, you can extend your VOA once for another 30 days. You can do this at the immigration office in Bali. If you stay longer than 60 days, find out which visa you need and contact the embassy if necessary.

 

Insurances

It is mandatory to have a good travel insurance during the period of the trip. It is also mandatory to be covered for at least $50,000 for your medical expenses.

Cancellation insurance is optional.

 

Vaccinations 

Corona vaccinations: you must be fully vaccinated. This means 2 or more doses. Janssen counts for 2 doses. The last corona vaccination may not have been done longer than 9 months before departure and at least 14 days before departure.

Read carefully in which vaccinations are recommended for traveling to Bali. These are optional:

  • Strongly advised: Hepatitis A, DTP and MMR

  • Advised: Hepatitis B, rabies and typhoid fever

Airport pick-up service

Upon arrival at the airport, the drivers and tour guides (your aunts) will be waiting for you with a smile. They will take you to your villa where a delicious dinner will be waiting. 

 

Accommodation 

Aunt Jacobi takes care of her nephews and nieces for a luxurious stay in villas located in Bali's hot spot. Your luxury home base during the Jacobi Luxury Experience will be located in/around the areas of Canggu and Seminyak. From this wonderful place we will discover the tropical island of Bali together. Your aunts strive to put friends in the bedroom together.

 

The luxury villas are equipped with sun loungers by a private swimming pool, daily cleaning, water tank, towels, storage safe, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

 

Fellow travel companions

During the Jacobi Travels Premium Experience, a maximum of 39 other nephews and nieces will join you. You will meet them during the events in the Netherlands. The aunts strive for an equal number of nephews and nieces to go along. 

 

Admission requirements 

You can participate in the Jacobi Travels Premium Experience if you are 18 years or older and have a good portion of adventure and fun!

 

Addons

There will be a contactless payment system in the main villa. This allows you to get drinks from the bar, but also add activities to your trip. With Premium Experience you have a lot of free time. If you still want to take a Premium Sports or Luxury experience? No problem. This can easily be done through this system.
